ChikieChikie is the website/operator contact identity used in this notice. This policy explains personal information associated with the ChikieChikie website, its enquiry forms and learning resources. For privacy questions, email info@chikiechikie.com or use our Contact page.
Information you provide
The Contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. The Request a Quote form asks for your name, email address, service area and task description, with fields for your organization, timescale and optional budget. Any information you include in your message is also part of your enquiry. Please provide only what is needed and avoid sending passwords, identity documents, medical information or confidential information about other people.
Enquiries and quote requests
Your enquiry details are used to reply, understand the help you need, clarify scope and prepare a quote where requested. Enquiries may be retained as website form entries and in related email correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a service contract.
Newsletter
Newsletter functionality is excluded from the initial launch and newsletter signup is not offered. This notice does not state that newsletter processing is active. We will update this notice before introducing newsletter signup or a mailing service.

Course pages contain links to external learning resources. Following those links takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. The presence of a link does not mean ChikieChikie receives information about your activity there.

Enquiry information is intended for people handling the enquiry and the hosting, form and email systems needed to support it. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and any legitimate administrative or legal needs. No fixed numerical retention period is stated. Please contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. No online form or email service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can browse the learning materials without submitting an enquiry. The course self-checks and final exam use answer reveals and manual self-scoring; these do not submit your answers or save learning progress. Contact us if you want to ask what enquiry information is held about you, correct it, request its removal or stop requested updates. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and obtain a copy of your data. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need enough information to verify a request and may need to retain records where the law requires it.
